Using AgentPress

AgentPress connects to WordPress and other business systems you already own and lets you operate them through conversation. You keep ownership of those systems, your content and your data; we act on them only where you have granted access.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the actions taken through your account.

Your account

You need an account to use the product. You must give an email address you control, because it is how we reach you and how you recover access if you forget your password.

• One person or organisation per account; do not share sign-in credentials.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
• We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or another customer.

AI-assisted actions

The assistant can read from and write to the systems you connect. Actions that change data — publishing, editing, refunding, deleting — are gated by the capability permissions you configure, and higher-risk actions can be set to require your explicit approval before they run.

Automated systems make mistakes. Review the permissions you grant, and keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. You can cancel at any time from the billing area; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

Please do not use AgentPress to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do so
• send unsolicited bulk messages
• attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours
• probe, overload or disrupt the service or the infrastructure it runs on

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use AgentPress after that point means you accept the updated terms.
