What is an AI request?
An AI request is any message you send to AgentPress that requires AI processing. This includes questions, commands, and content generation. Simple navigation within the dashboard doesn't count.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
BYOK allows you to use your own OpenAI or Claude API key instead of ours. This gives you more control over AI costs and removes the AI request limits from your plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You only pay if you decide to continue after the trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking for Indian customers. International customers can pay via credit card or PayPal.
Can I cancel anytime?
